Payments
4.1 When you pay for your booked services, the credit card payment will be processed by payment solution provider ArCa system (www.arca.am). MAGELLINE does not store credit card information.
Bank & Credit Cards Fees
4.2 Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international or cross border transactions. Furthermore, booking an international flight may be considered an international transaction by your bank or card company, since we may pass your card details to an airline to be charged. In addition, some banks and card companies impose fees for currency conversion. For instance, if you are making a booking in a currency other than the currency of your credit card, your credit card company may convert the booking amount to the currency of your credit card and charge you a conversion fee. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee are determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
4.3 When you make a Booking, Magelline collects your payment information and processes your payment as described in Terms of Payment. In doing so, Magelline acts as the limited payment collection agent of the Bank, collecting your payment for the applicable Flight (s) on behalf of such Airline. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a Booking unless otherwise specified. The payee will be listed as Ayrarat Tour LLC on your statement.
4.4 The value of your Reservation may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transactions, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or payment card company may convert the payment into the local currency and may charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed through the Platform, and the final amount charged to you. MAGELLINE recommends that you contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable currency conversion or fees.
Payment Processing
5.1 For all Services under these Terms of Use, payment processing is handled by Ayrarat Tour LLC, with its registered office at 5 Office, 4th Floor, 45 Orbeli Brothers, Yerevan, 0028, Armenia. The specific payment method chosen for your Booking will determine the processing details.
Booking Rules
Reservations for MAGELLINE can be canceled at the initiative of the customer or from the supplier. Cancellation of reservations is a rare case, because it is not profitable for anyone, but if you have to cancel your reservation, please read the terms first. Cancellation policy allows you to change your reservation before or during check-in.
1. General Cancellation Policy
Airline Rules Apply: The ability to change or cancel your flight, and the amount of any potential refund, is primarily determined by the specific fare rules and cancellation policy set by the airline you have booked with. Review Before Booking: Before confirming your reservation, please carefully review the "FARE details" and the cancellation policy of your selected airline. These details are available during the booking process on MAGELLINE.
2. Understanding Fare Types on MAGELLINE
To help you understand potential refund scenarios, here are the general guidelines for fare types available on MAGELLINE:
Basic Fare: After reservation, the full amount (100%) paid for the flight ticket is generally non-refundable and non-changeable.
Flexi Fare: In the event of a cancellation, a portion of the amount paid may be refunded. The exact percentage or amount depends entirely on the specific cancellation policy of the airline for this fare type. Please check the airline's policy for details.
Standard Plus Fare: These fares typically offer more flexibility. You may be able to change or cancel your booking without airline penalties, though airline terms and conditions for these fares vary. We strongly recommend checking the airline's specific cancellation and change policy carefully before booking.
2.1 Understanding Airline Fare Differences
Some airlines may offer flights with a single fare type, or they may have additional fare options beyond our listed Basic, Flexi, and Standard Plus categories. It's crucial to remember that even if fare names are similar across airlines, they may have distinct terms and conditions based on each airline's policy.
3. Important Considerations
MAGELLINE Service Fees: Please note that MAGELLINE's service fees are non-refundable, regardless of the fare type or cancellation reason.
Direct Airline Contact for Urgent Cancellations: If you are unable to cancel your reservation directly on the MAGELLINE platform, you must notify your supporting airline within 24 hours of booking (using their contact information) to explore your cancellation options, especially for same-day cancellations.
Official Cancellation Confirmation: A reservation is considered officially canceled only when you receive a confirmation email from MAGELLINE acknowledging the cancellation of your reservation.
Complaint Procedure:If you have a complaint related to your booking process on MAGELLINE, please notify us within 7 days from your scheduled date of arrival.
MAGELLINE's Discretion:In exceptional circumstances, or if MAGELLINE needs to cancel a booking for reasons permitted by our full Terms of Service, our obligation to compensate the guest may take priority over the standard cancellation policy.
Reimbursement Decisions:Any reimbursement of expenses or refunds outside of the standard fare rules will be decided on an individual basis, typically requiring the provision of relevant supporting documents.
4. Please Note:
Personal reasons for cancellation, such as a "postponed vacation," are generally not valid arguments for an exception to the stated cancellation policies, unless otherwise covered by travel insurance or specific fare rules.
Tracking Canceled Bookings: For internal analysis and to improve our services, MAGELLINE automatically tracks the number of reservations cancelled by a user within the last 12 months. This data is used solely for service optimization and does not affect your future booking privileges.
5. Refund
The refund process starts immediately after booking is confirmed. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to get a refund, but much depends on the method of payment and your bank. Refund information can be displayed by date of withdrawal of funds (when it was made).
3.1 Accessing Your E-Ticket
Upon successful reservation of your flight, you will receive a MAGELLINE-branded electronic ticket ("e-ticket") for each flight booked. This e-ticket is issued on behalf of the applicable Airline.
